Charlottesville, VA – Prospective new citizens are invited to bolster their knowledge and confidence in a weekly “Citizenship Review & Practice” class hosted by Literacy Volunteers of Charlottesville/Albemarle (LVCA). The class, held on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. in Room J125 of the historic Jefferson School City Center, is designed to provide comprehensive preparation for the U.S. citizenship test.
The course, led by LVCA’s Citizenship Coordinator, Catherine McCall, is part of a broader program dedicated to assisting immigrants and refugees on their path to becoming American citizens. The sessions will run weekly for four consecutive Tuesdays, starting on July 8, 2025.
